The Chapel Hill Curriculum
Our curriculum is designed to be innovative and flexible, meeting the needs of individual pupils. Throughout their time at Chapel Hill, pupils will be provided with an impressive range of curricular and extra-curricular opportunities. Our passion for learning, however, will extend well beyond academic life, working hard to develop the cultural, sporting, moral and social side of our pupils, with a school year packed with sports, concerts, productions, trips, charity work and clubs.
Maths and English
At Chapel Hill Primary, we understand the importance of a strong foundation in both Maths and English for primary age children. Our curriculum is designed to engage students through a variety of interactive and hands-on learning experiences. We aim to foster a love for these subjects while ensuring that every child develops the necessary skills to succeed in their academic journey.
Our dedicated teaching staff employs a range of teaching strategies to cater to the diverse learning styles of our students. We focus not only on achieving academic excellence but also on building confidence and resilience in our pupils. By creating a supportive and stimulating environment, we encourage our children to explore, question, and develop a lifelong passion for learning.
Foundation Subjects
At Chapel Hill Primary, we prioritise a well-rounded education that includes a variety of foundation subjects. These subjects, such as art, music, physical education, and design technology, play a crucial role in developing creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration skills in our students. We believe that engaging with these disciplines not only enriches the curriculum but also fosters a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom. Our dedicated staff work diligently to create an inspiring environment where every child can thrive and discover their unique talents.
